This Founder’s Day, we celebrated the 84th anniversary of Yew Chung. To make this day a truly memorable experience for students and staff, YCIS Qingdao offered a full range of special events and activities.

Lower Secondary students played a huge role in making the Primary students’ day enjoyable. Drawing on Character Education qualities of leadership and service, Secondary students created activities that Primary students would enjoy.

We also had the chance to use technology to say hello to our sister schools all across China and Silicon Valley campus in the US as we celebrated together this wonderful day in the history of YCIS.

The entire student body and staff also participated in an art project and a group photograph to remember the day by!

Our day ended as we joined together to participate in team games and celebrate the winners of the day’s competitions: Red House!
