On Saturday, March 11, five of our Lower Secondary students participated in the Qingdao International School Network (QISN) Under 15 Table Tennis Tournament hosted at a local school in Qingdao. QISN sporting events take place throughout the year and provide an opportunity for area schools to engage with each other in friendly competition.

For this year’s ping pong tournament, our students participated in both the singles and doubles events. They played hard and represented the school well. When all was said and done, YCIS students won first and second place in the doubles event, and first place in the singles event! It was a great day for the YCIS Qingdao Secondary sports programme!
