During the first week of November, YCIS Qingdao had the opportunity to participate in the annual QISN U14 Football Tournament.

YCIS students were excited to take part in this year’s tournament so two boys’ teams and one girls’ team got to participate in this highly anticipated football competition. Our students’ amazing performance, kept the audience cheering during the whole tournament.

After some amazing shots and saves, our boys team A won a 3rd place trophy. A special mention to our skillful players who were the 3 all-stars from the day: Ben and Danilo from Year 7 and Justin from Year 9. Their efforts contributed greatly to the overall performance of the team.

Through participation in sports, students learn about cooperation, friendship, and teamwork, all while having a lot of fun! Let’s encourage our students to continue taking part in our YCIS Athletics programme!
